Plastic Medical Mould

UJIN mould is producing plastic medical moulds for hospitals, schools and laboratories every year, including urine cup mold, measuring cup mould, medical tube mould, petri dish mould, pipetee mold.

Most disposable plastic medical products are made of high quality PP and PS. Some products are made of transparent materials and require corrosion resistance, acid resistance and high transparency. So Plastic medical moulds materials is need high hardness and acid resistant steel. generally we use S136, NAK80,H13 which is imported from Germany. so that medical mold has low thermal deformation and excellent discharge property.

Above steel material is using heat treatment processing technology in the manufacturing process , the template rough machining after nitriding treatment, the dynamic model core vacuum quenching treatment, the hardness up to 48-52HRC.

Mold life is exceed 2 million mold shots.
The mould of transparent medical product are mostly making by hot runner, so that the product made by this way has no resin material waste, and the product surface is smooth and perfect.
