PVC fitting Mould

PVC pipe fitting mould have anti corrosion function as we know,so we use such as 2316 steel materila for the PVC pipe fitting mould.the hardness is reached 42-50hrc after vacumme quenching treatment.

PVC pipe fitting mould we use automatic stripper system. the gate designed by submarine gate.The fittings is drop automatically when running in injection machine.the runner and product are automatic separated .

The gate does not need manual cutting ,it’s reducing 50-60% production cost and doubling production efficiency.

The cooling water systerm of PVC pipe fitting mould is characterized by slow cooling,poor mold injection quality, the better cooling,the higher mold quality.

In order to solve the disavantages of the cooling system for the PVC pipe fitting mould,we adopted the mode of circulating water systerm.in this way, the cooling time of pvc fitting mould is be reduced to a short time.
